DENVER – PETA is offering a reward up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for taping an 8-month-oldGerman shepherd’s mouth shut.
The 8-month-old female dog was found near South Platte River Drive and Huron Street on July 11. Megan Hughes with the Denver Animal Shelter says the dog was found in the middle of the street and was soaking wet.
