Colorado man suspected of twice shooting dog in head, cutting its throat

Montrose County authorities on Wednesday arrested a 55-year-old man on suspicion of shooting a dog twice in the head and cutting its throat.

Howard Mike Kelly of Olathe is suspected of animal cruelty, a Class 6 felony.

Editor’s Note: I firmly believe there is a special place in hell for people who could do this sort of thing. Animal Cruelty is a hiddeous crime.
